All you need is a crooked lawyer, a dumb judge, and a group of retarded jurors.
The man that was glued to the toilet seat in Home Depot is either;
- A con-man that did it to himself, hoping for a huge payday, or,
- A really filthy person that doesn't check out the toilet seat before sitting down.
What else could it be?
