Property Theft by Eminent Confiscation

Our Supreme Court puppets just proved a point.

THEY ARE GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES!

They get their paycheck from the government!

Of course they allow the government to steal!

I think that the four votes against it are just for show to make us think that some of them are thinking about the people that are having their property stolen from them.

Now all a developer has to do is pay off a few politicians and they can take anybody's property.

The above is my initial reaction without having read the bill or the judge's opinions, which I don't think I have to because there is an underlying TRUTH to this issue that seems to have been conveniently overlooked:

If this is really that good for the community,  the community should insist on being more than fair with the people having their homes taken from them by force.

Actual owner/residents should be paid a premium for giving up their property.

Set some requirements, like; a 2 year resident is paid double the appraised value, and a 5 year resident is paid triple the appraised value.

Owners of blighted and vacant property should get no more than they have invested.  This would be one of the stipulations to help eliminate speculators that have received "inside" information.
