21 Dec 05 Why are government employees getting better treatment than the rest of us citizens? Obviously, it's because government employees made the rules and the laws. We need a law that eliminates special pensions for government employees. The rest of us have to work until 65+ and are forced to pay for government employees that retire after 20 to 30 years, or at an age as early as 55. Who do they think they are? The transit workers in New York City are a perfect example. They have an easy job with many more benefits than most of us, and they begin leeching off of the taxpayers at age 55, AND THEY WANT TO RETIRE EARLIER. How stupid are we? I really mean, HOW STUPID ARE YOU? |
