Who gets the money that is extorted from drivers "for their own good?"

They say they are trying to save lives, but they get the money, don't they?

If all of the money went to a charity of the driver's choice, or to accident victims of uninsured motorists, or some worthy cause, it wouldn't be so bad.

I'm not really anti-government, but this is a blatant example of the thieving mentality of some people in government.

When they use extortion and oppression "for your own good," it's time to fight back.

Maybe we have too many cops with nothing to do.
